Cancelation Policy
All scheduled appointments must be canceled 24 hours prior your scheduled appointment day (not time). I will be charging a 50% deposit fee for all color/chemical services. Canceling before 24 hours will secure your deposit towards your RESHCEDULED service. No shows and cancelation within less than 24 hours (considered a no show) results in the loss of your deposit towards your service or any future services. After a no show a new deposit must be made to schedule a new appointment. Three no shows and you will not be able to schedule any appointments in the future.
